From the nose to the tail …
Local, seasonal, home-made and having no resting pieces. These are the key mottos of our business. We are always processing the whole animal, from the nose to the tail, which means we process the entire piece. The meat which cannot be used in our restaurant for steaks and other dishes is always used otherwise.
Are you about to make steaks or other beef dishes from our beef breed at home? No problem. You can order e.g. our beef from the hindquarter, chuck tender, shank, osso buco, goulash cubes, tongue or mincemeat.
Would you like to have high-quality smoked-meat products without chemical additives? We offer salsiccia sausages “Talian”, salami, ham, knackwurst, Frakfurters, as well as patê or pickled sausages (knackwurst).
And how about to have some healthy finger food? Choose the dried beef jerky meat instead of potato crisps. Jerky meat include a lot of proteins and does not harm your healthy food concept, and is also good for sportsmen.
