Personal data are the data which, on their own or associated with another data, can indentify a specific person. If other data are combined with the personal data, we work with that data and with personal data in the same way. Especially we work with the data you have given us in relation to your participation in our loyalty program, the data you have given us in relation to business partnership, and the data you have given us in relation to our newsletter and other advertising messages.
Children personal data protection
If you are less than 16 years old, we request you to not send us your personal data. If we find out we´ve collected this kind of personal data (and it wasn´t necessary for law purposes), we´ll do our best to delete these data as soon as possible. If you find out somebody sixteen or less old have sent us their personal data, please let us now.
Purposes of working with your personal data
We work with all your personal data correctly and transparently and we work only with relevant and necessary data associated with specific purpose.
We use your personal data for concluding and fulfiling contracts, or for making a claim against you or the third party, if it´s necessary for our protection. We work with this kind of personal data for 18 months since their collection and they are saved for possible claims making, but for no more than 10 years (since their collection).
Your personal data associated with our loyalty program, through it´s provider, are used for fulfiling our obligations associated with the loyalty program, and we work with these data until you decide to leave the program.
We work with your e-mail adress, you have given us in relation to sending our newsletter and other advertising messages to you, for five years since it´s collection. We work with your e-mail adress with your permission. You can cancell your permission anytime you want – you can cancell it via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or via letter sent to our adress or via cancelling a subscription in the bottom of a page of our newsletter.
We use a third party services when we send e-mails. The third party watch actions associated with the e-mails, for example if a specific e-mail was opened. We don´t watch you on our website. We don´t share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes of third parties. Your personal data aren´t sent abroad and they aren´t accessible from another country.
Our guest house
If you stay in our guest house, we are obligated to identify all guests and to work with their personal data. It is necessary for an accomodation contract. If you are a foreign guest, we are also obligated to write down your personal data to a guest book – according to the law on the residence of foreign guests in the territory of the Czech Republic. Because we are obligated to do this because of the law, it´s not necessary for you to give us a permission.

Our obligations associated with the personal data protection
We work only with relevant personal data that are necessary for a specific purpose.
Those who collect and work with personal data are obligated to collect and work correctly and in accordance with the principles of law with them. Our workes learn about personal data protection. They are obligated to keep confidential all personal data. This duty of confidentiality lasts even after workers don´t work for our company anymore.
We deal with all your requests associated with your personal data immediately, at least not later than one month (in rare occasion two months) from receiving your request.
We have made relevant safety arrangements which help us with your personal data protection. If you find some error in our safety arrangements of if you would like to report some safety violation, please let us now. If we find out your personal data are in danger, we let you know immediately.

Our company is a controller of your personal data. We use a third party services for specific services like card payments, newsletter sending, accounting etc. Your personal data can be shared with a third party but only if it´s necessary for a specific purpose.
