Grand restaurant festival 2020 SCI-FI?

11th Grand Restaurant Festival reffers to the magical year 2020 and its theme is oriented to the food of the future. Our restaurant is a part of the Slow Food movement which, among other things, emphasizes food sustainability and environment. These aspects are really important in gastronomy industry and we think they are also crucial to feeding future generations. Our chef Jaroslav Viktora has created this menu which consists of just three main ingredients. The menu highlights production of the lowest possible amount of garbage.
